Very efficient - our car actually arrived early. Jake took care of us very well and explained the operation of the vehicle well. Important for a plug in hybrid which was a learning experience. Also the explanation of the features of a modern high tech car was appreciated

EXCELLENT SERVICE ... AND VEHICLE ... PERFECT IN EVERY ASPECT Just picked up our new 2020 Mini Countryman JCW. All the staff were excellent, Jasper Fyle Sales Consultant, Karen Langley Lifestyle and Aftermarket Consultant and Justin Insurance Consultant. Even got our business on doing a full protection pack on our just purchased 2020 Volkswagen Golf R Final Edition and memberships for both vehicles with Schmick Car Care Club. The staff have all gone out of their way to help and assist us with the new Mini purchased from them, and also the Golf R purchased from a Volkswagen Dealer (in relation to protection pack and Schmick Car Club Care). AND a very special thanks to you Jasper for all the work you put in and the assistance will the vehicle and your patience going through the vehicle settings etc. and without you the other staff would not have been involved as you were the one who sold us this very special vehicle. Has anyone had a bad experience with Mini on the Gold Coast Queensland Australia , I Bought my Mini Club man a 2016 Model ,31/01/2017 a Demo Model with 5,000 klm on it , Its now 8/11/2020 , And the car has 80,100 klm and just had another service, the Tubo is blown , and when I Brought this car 54,000 I also paid in advance 1,800 for a 5 year service, now Mini Gold Coast is saying that, I missed a service at 30,000 , and I'm still not sure how that even happened because it shows every other service since then , they are now saying even after 40,000 km , My care isn't under warranty and It's not there problem , they have said mini will however pay %30 only in parts but I have to pay the rest 6,698 that doesn't include labour, I have now written to fair trading, Current Affair .And Mini Australia haven't returned my calls, Mini has taken 2 weeks to get back to me to tell me its not under warranty they have given me a lone car for the last 2 weeks, or is it a rental at 6,698 plus fuel and insurance, Guys I really need your help because Mini is trying to pass the buck and responsibility, I was never told that because a service was missed its no longer under warranty because if that was the case , I would have got rid of this time Bomb lemon, no Text messages or email reminders not even the service on the dash came on as if it did it would have been booked in like all the other services that was done, I feel I've been extremely let down by Mini Gold Coast.

Beware .... we were in negotiations for three weeks only to be informed today that the car we were interested in had been sold. Last offer was accepted by salesperson (included in the sale was a donation to the fire relief fund). He failed to call us as promised to arrange deposit. Terrible lack of communication. Will not be returning to this dealership.

When I drop my MINI in for a service, I always get a beautiful complementary loan vehicle for the day which are an absolute joy to drive.
