I would like to take the time out & thank Julian from Jaguar Land Rover at Minnie Street, Gold Coast. He went above & beyond in trying to secure a finance approval for us. Unfortunately, due to certain limitations on our part we did not succeed in the finance, but his Customer Service has been extraordinary. Moving from Interstate & having the service he provided, I just couldn’t Thank him enough. If you ever need any service, I would recommend seeing Julian at Land Rover Jaguar at Minnie St, Southport.

We recently purchased our beautiful Range Rover Evoque from Paul at Bruce Lynton Southport. He was great to deal with and helped us find our perfect car. The whole experience was wonderful and there were no "hard sell" techniques that we certainly experienced in other car yards. In fact, all the staff were really friendly. The car was beautifully wrapped with a bow when we picked it up and we are really happy with our purchase. Will definitely be recommending Paul to others and will be going back to trade up in a few years!

AVOID AT ALL COSTS! ALL CARE BUT NO RESPONSIBILITY TAKEN. Extremely disappointed with Gold Coast Land Rover service section after they serviced and damaged my Land Rover. They tore the rear moulding off the tailgate whilst it was in being serviced. They said they would order the clips for the moulding and call me when it arrived, however they never contacted me again. I went in again today to talk to them about getting it repaired so I could tidy it up to upgrade to a new vehicle. I was told by the service manager that they would not repair/replace it even though they have records of them damaging my vehicle. I would never recommend them and will not be upgrading through them! Avoid them as it isn't worth your time and money! Even 1 star is too high!

Few places have I ever been made to feel so uncomfortable in my life. This dealership is rife with toxic masculinity. Everything is run by problematic men who will, at every turn, point out how incompetent, ill informed and unwelcome you are. The second your transaction is closed all niceties end. I have had multiple issues with my vehicle, most of which they have denied, refused to fix or have tried to explain away with jargon. The truth is, the clock is ticking on this kind of behaviour. The nepotism, asinine remarks and sanctimonious conduct needs to end. Land Rover, step in and fix this.
