What an utterly professional yet completely enjoyable experience purchasing my X5 M50i from Steve Rooney at Gold Coast BMW. This is my third BMW, but my first from the GC and I won't shop anywhere else. Steve came highly recommended from a friend and he didn't disappoint. He was genuinely excited for me and went out of his way to make my entire buying experience stress free, including the most thorough delivery I have had. Justin, the Business Manager, was great, extremely professional and kept me updated all the way, Karen was lovely and ensured my accessories were fitted in a speedy manner and the car looks impeccable. Everyone I came into contact with was friendly and helpful. Thanks Steve and the team. Well done.

worst customer service ever!!!! dropped my car on Monday for Part replacement, and been told i can pick up my car Tuesday afternoon, no one gave me a call on Tuesday until i called them, and they told me i couldn't pick up my car until Wednesday morning WITHOUT ANY APOLOGISE. They call me on Wednesday afternoon and said the new part was not working as it was been damaged during the delivery, they need to order another one to replace, that will take another day, i can pick up my car on Thursday afternoon. AGAIN!!!!NO APOLOGISE AT ALL. i called them on Thursday afternoon AGAIN to find out when i could pick up my car, and been told i couldn't pick up my car until Friday WITHOUT ANY APOLOGISE, NOT EVEN ONE SORRY AGAIN!!!!!!!!! i am beyond disgusted. was planned to purchase a new BMW from them, not going to happen!!!!!!

Very dissappointed with Gold Coast BMW. It is very clear all their systems are set up to make sure they do not do repairs under their Goodwill Warranty and their managers will omit information so your claim is rejected. This definately is my first and last BMW. Make sure you know your rights when you take your car in for repairs here.
