Muhammad is just not a great mechanic but a wonderful human being as well. He thoroughly checked everything during my car service and explained every single issue with photos. He is super easy to deal with and they always answer their calls. He is not just your average car mechanic. They value their clients.

Quickly and efficiently
I tried the Groupon deal for the oil change, and they made good on their promise. There were no hidden fees or extra charges. They just offered recommended repairs that I declined. Too bad the deal is only for first time customers.
Had some repairs done here recently and the experience was definitely a good one. Scott (manager I think) seems like a very dedicated guy who takes pride in his work and is pleasant to deal with. Good supporting crew as well, so the workshop has quite a nice vibe. These guys are also surprisingly tech savvy and use their smart phones to document all works and inspections, which is fabulous cause it gives you a clear outline of what is going on. Good location and reasonable prices. Two thumbs up from me.
Recently had my father in laws Ute serviced as part of one of the Groupon service deals. Was fabulous. On time. Reported any thing that need to be fixed. Call first to check and the mind blowing part ... sent photos of all the repairs and bits that were serviced. Outstanding. Thoroughly impressed and would recommend.
Godzilla Auto Service is a small business operated by two mechanics Scott and Mohammad who are very honest and efficient. Best mechanics in Canberra that I have met. Highly experienced and knowledgeable. They don't overcharge or make unnecessary recommendations. Got sick of going to dealerships to get overpriced service where they put inexperienced apprentices to work. I will be going there regularly.
Great customer Service, got my annoying engine warning light fixed, did my car service on time and kept me updated for status in service and what may need to be done in future services so I am prepared for same. No hesitation in recommending Godzilla Auto Service. My Car is super smooth again. Would recommend to all, they give you right advice for your car !!!
