Initially we engaged three building companies and had preliminary meetings with each on design and building concepts for our block. GN Williams was hands down a clear leader in their concepts and approach. And what stood out most was their genuine and professional presentation, always reiterating that they custom build to what WE want and have always made that point clear. They also took particular regard to ensure we were happy with our building and design choices offering their expert advice to guide us with our decisions. And when we changed our minds, which we did often, they readily amended plans without fuss. One of the most amazing aspects of the design process was being able to experience our home design in 3D with their fantastic virtual reality technology. This really made a tremendous difference, and we cannot emphasize enough how much it helped with our decision making. They provided not only an A professional design service but also took all the hassle out of the council approval process while at the same time keeping us totally involved. We have been thoroughly impressed with our experience with GN Williams. The whole process from the initial meeting to handover day was nothing short of exceptional. Our first impressions from the were of a capable, competent, professional and friendly team that were willing to work with our difficult block, within our budget, and who wanted to get to know us so that we could build a house that truly suited our lifestyle. At this initial point in the process GN Williams were the only builder that we had come across that was willing to draw up plans and speak to us about moving forward without requiring us to outlay thousands of dollars. Throughout our entire experience we found that nothing was ever a problem, communication was exceptional and we had a flexible, personal and supportive team to help guide us throughout the build. Having the online co-construct tool available to us gave us peace of mind that everything was organised and structured during the project. We enjoyed being involved as the building phase proceeded and we were able to be on site to watch our home come to life around us. As the build progressed we recognised that the care and attention to detail that had been shown throughout the construction process was second to none. The trades that work for GN Williams are outstanding and our home has been meticulously finished. We truly worked together to create something that we not only love but find functional and practical to live in. We are so grateful that we chose GN Williams to build our home and we can’t sing their praises high enough. Every part of the process went seamlessly and everyone we dealt with went above and beyond our expectations. We have reached the end of the process and thoroughly enjoyed it. We would choose GN Williams again without question, and would highly recommend them to anyone looking to build a home in the future.
