Hi Tu (Sorry if this is incorrect - my hearing aids were not working) Thank you so much for you patience and help to get my hearing aid to restart and to reinstate the app on my phone. I had removed it this morning as I believed that it was interfering with them working. I now have also got the radio talking in my ear so I believe that my incoming phone calls will do the same. I am also so pleased that I now understand how to reset and to also use the app when I wish to. Thank you. I should have called you prior to this as I had become so disenchanted with my expensive product because of so many "failures", where I believe that perhaps more time should be devoted to training your retailers and instructing them on how to better trouble shoot problems.

I am working in Southern Highlands of PNG and my left hearing aid failed, I rang my Audiology clinic in Darwin but the specialist I see was overseas on holidays. I rang GN Resound direct and was put through to a technician. After some troubleshooting and finding that the receiver had died they sent me a replacement receiver and was up to me with in a week. I cannot fault the service and friendliness of the staff and highly recommend GN Resound

Found this location after one of my hearing aids conked out. Luckily, it was still covered under the three-year global warranty for Resound hearing aids. I’ll give a Resound-ing 5-star endorsement for the tech team here, especially Craig, for pulling together a phenomenal resurrection of my LiNX 3D hearing aid. I’m from the States and wasn’t sure if they would be able to fix my gear up, but Craig made it work! Although Resound does not actually liaise with the end consumers at this location, it seems to be their local service and B2B headquarters for supporting the various audiologists in and around Sydney. Can’t say much else, except that even the reception staff were very pleasant to work with. On the whole, the quality service and support even while overseas puts Resound at the top of my list when it comes time to evaluate my options for hearing aid upgrades.
