I engaged Mark to renovate my bathroom. He did such a good job I'm now employing him to renovate my kitchen & sunroom. He goes out of his way to accede to your every wish, not matter how small, and the workmanship is excellent. He takes the stress out of what is a major challenge to ordinary people. Irresponsible, untrustworthy, dishonest and very tricky to deal with. They were building a house right next to us. They parked their cars on the narrow footpath. It not only blocked pedestrians but also broke a street pit on the footpath. I raised the issue to the GM guy in charge of the building site. There were denials and excuses. Eventually he agreed to fix the pit cover. Now they have finished the construction. The pit cover still isn't fixed. They don't hold on to they promises. They play tricks to get away from their accountability. Will not trust builders like this with my next house.
