The team at Global Capital are amazing!! I was referred by a friend of mine to Global Capital to see if I could obtain finance as I was having difficulty with my bank & previous broker. I was tired of running around in circles with same repeated line of " approval is being finalized BUT can we request 1000 more things first". Frustrated, I spoke to Edweena at Global Capital and was able to understand why I wasn't qualifying with my bank and if there were any other options. She is transparent, very thorough in the questions she asked and came back to me with alternative solutions for my request. She did advise upfront that the alternative option may not be the most competitive funding option out in the current market but it is the most financially viable option for my circumstance and what I would like to achieve. It is refreshing to hear such honest feedback and advice and I was very appreciative of that. Going ahead with the advice provided, I have since then managed to get an approval for finance to be able locate, settle and develop on my property. This all took less than 2 weeks since I first approached Global Capital. Furthermore, turns out my initial bank could not assist me due to the nature of my scenario and my circumstances as 3 weeks of "looking at my application" and me providing countless documents and clarifications upon their request. If only I was advised of this a month ago I would have saved countless hours not running around in circles being frustrated.

I recently contacted Global Capital hoping to see if they could help me with obtaining a loan for a small development I wanted to undertake. Being fairly new in the development space and being recently self employed it seemed like the banks or the brokers I approached were unable to understand my position and what I wanted to achieve and I found myself constantly at a dead end - until I spoke to Edweena at Global Capital. Edweena was very informative and insightful and seemed like she knew just about everything and anything. She asked direct questions that frankly no broker or bank I spoke to previously asked initially (and frankly wasted my time giving false promises) and was quick to advise my finance options now and what steps I need to take to be able to obtain the loan that I wanted all in one phone call!
