I've avoided dentists for a long time until I needed the urgent extraction of a molar. I felt comfortable with the dentist and staff, who were friendly, easygoing and professional, and happy with the procedure and the outcome. I can highly recommend this practice.

Everytime I go there it’s always great customer service , the dentist knows how to treat me well and look after my teeth. I’d definitely recommend this place for all my family and friends . It’s worth the price compared to other places.

Done my permanent crowns on my upper front tooth. Spent about 4000 only to get a grey front teeth. Doctor asked me to wait for 3 days. Never called me to ask how am I going with my new tooth. I called them after 3 weeks and then again they asked me to wait another 3 weeks. It’s almost 2 months after my appointment. Never called again. Poor service. No responsibility towards patients..

Had a really amazing first experience at Glenroy Dental Group today! Staff stayed overtime just so that I could have my issue resolved (without any prior booking). Their great service is a credit to them :) would definitely recommend them!

I went there for a check up and cleaning. The hygienist was very rough. She pushed the scaler too hard on my teeth and the process was extremely painful. I could not eat the next day. My gum is inflamed and bleeding the day after (and it is still hurt now). It is so disappointing because after enduring the pain, there are still lots of tartar around my teeth. Apart from not spending time cleaning them property, she also skipped a few steps such as gritty toothpaste cleaning, expert flossing and rinsing afterwards. I will definitely not go back again and would not recommend it to anyone. Updated: After 3 weeks, my teeth are still sore, I called them for a review and they said they called me back but I didn't get a call from them. I went to another clinic and was told that my teeth had not been cleaned properly and I should go for another cleaning session. I email them if they can assist me with that as I already spent 200 but again, I NEVER GET A REPLY FROM THEM!!!
