Asked at 4pm to hold an item til noon the next day. They said yes, we will hold it for you for 24 hours. Drove in the next morning at 11.30am and was told they sold the item to someone else ten minutes ago, and that they operated on a first come first serve basis. Hopeless staff wasted 2 hours of my time driving here and back.
