I've dealt with Tankworld a couple of times now and always find them helpful knowledgeable and competitive with prices. We have bought large 24000lt and smaller 2200lt tanks as well as fire and electrical pumps and get a consistently high quality product. Great friendly delivery service as well.
Significant delay due to a breakdown (so we were told) of their manufacturing equipment but this delay was not communicated at all. When the new delivery date was communicated there was no apology for the delay.
was totally amazed at how Steve( the delivery man) got us to help him and place our tanks in the right spot 1st go.We were the last delivery of the day but the way we were treated was like we were his 1st.wasnt rushed in anyway.again thanks Steve

Friendly staff, will try to find a solution to your problem, ours being fittings, was not able to help on the day. They did sell us a fitting for 55.00 I did question on price, (seemed expensive). Went out to carpark and googled and found same fitting at Bunnings for 14.90. Tankworld could not match price and refund was given, advice was their fitting high pressure / flow where Bunnings would not be, so far our Bunnings fitting doing the job well no problems.
