A very nice hospital with attentive, professional, and competent staff. My stay wasn’t long and I would’ve liked to even had stayed longer as the care is quite exceptional. Facilities are quite modern and very comfortable. As this is a private hospital they’re not open on weekends or public holidays but still there are processes in place to maintain a good care regimen if your stay leads into a non-operational timeframe. Surgery theatre is well equipped and duty of care is superb. Because of Covid there is an extensive screening process when you arrive with electronic scanning of temperature and facemask recognition and the addition of lots of paperwork.
I have had several day procedures at this hospital over the years. The professionalism and high standards are shown in every section of the hospital. All staff showed compassion and caring. I highly recommend this hospital.
I had foot surgery in July 2020 with dr rice . I can not thank the staff enough for all their amazing care. The nursing care was outstanding, and I am for everything grateful for the nurses care and compassion . You are all amazing people.
I have been an outpatient with Mr Paul Rice, Orthopaedic Surgeon, and subsequently underwent surgery at Glenferrie Private Hospital, from 1st-2nd June 2020. I would like to recommend the staff attending at reception, in theatre and post-operative overnight care with the highest accolades. I have never had such a superlative experience of professionalism, care, attention, kindness and respect as I did with your staff. Thank you for this.
Good service
So impressed with how well I was looked after post surgery. The staff made me feel so welcomed and comfortable the entire time I was there. Highly recommend it if you can afford it.
