*****UPDATE:***** I have received a call from Michael the new Business manager and was told that these extra fees would be refunded. I appreciate the swiftness on their customer service after I raised this issue with them. ******* I purchased a car with Eblen Subaru in 2018 and was pleased with the customer service i was provided with the purchase. Talking the the car dealer and the finance dealer I decided to use their financing because they assured me that it match my financing quote I already had. I made clear to ask if that also meant having no fees if paying off my loan early and was told that there would be no issues. When I went to do this recently I was quoted and extra 475 in fees. If you decide to purchase your car here I would highly recommend that you DO NOT use their financing.

A big thank you to the sales person Kyle, he did his upmost to make a nice buying experience. New car sales manager was a little rude and put his sales person in an awkward position in my home. The deal also changed due to an error on the managers part, the build date of the trade in was never asked of me as the car was first registered the following year to the build. This was all after I had deposited a 2,000 deposit. This detracted from the buying experience I have been contacted by the dealer principal since my purchase, he was very understanding and has gone the extra miles to make things right. Thank you to Darren and Kyle, for taking my concerns seriously.
I recently purchased my first Subaru XV and absolutely love this car and the colour!! Came in on the weekend to purchase a new Subaru Forester to be helped by Taylor who was extremely helpful and had good product knowledge of the vehicle. Couldn't be happier with our 2021 Subaru Impreza Hatch. Taylor was extremely helpful and took the time to get to know us and what we were looking for in a new car.
