My younger son has recently diagnosed with mild level of Autism, we are just starting to see a psychologist in this place. We have both Medicare chronic health care plan and NDIS approved to support my son’s treatment needs, as well as private health insurance covers. I just tried to find out what is the best payment method to manage this situation. Though the clinic manager named Michelle from here was unbelievably arrogant and aggressive, she couldn’t even hold a conversation properly or professionally, rather than kept on her one way talk aggressively and handed off the phone. Myself is a health professional been working in this industry for over 20 years, this is the most arrogant person I ever met in this industry. Every since my son got diagnosed with autism, I have approached to a few different allied health professionals for his support needs, people from every where else was really friendly, supportive and professional, not this place, don’t want to go back and definitely not recommended to everyone else.
