Said he could make us some canvas strips for our pop top camper. Just... didn't make them. Each time I called to check on them they hadn't even been started. Condescending phone manner. Obviously he doesn't care, but we could've just gone elsewhere and had them made by now (two weeks ago); would've taken no time at all for him to just be courteous and let us know he couldn't/didn't want to make the strips or at least given us a time frame so we could try somewhere else.
