The man (manager I am led to believe) who works here is nothing but rude, couldn't help me with a missing parcel, when I asked him to write down the contact number to follow up with my missing parcel he stated he 'didn't have a pen' I could clearly see one behind the counter where he was standing. Everything is a hassle with him, might be time this gent finds himself a job that isn't customer facing...........

Airon the owner is a great operator and so are all the staff. Very friendly, highly helpful, always a happy word to say. I cannot recommend this PO enough!
Has gone downhill in recent times. Women working there was unhelpful and we got the vibe that we were inconveniencing her.
Did a passport application last week. They do not need an appointment. Very fast, professional and friendly service. Hopefully will receive my new passport soon. They do photo as well and I took 5 times and chose the best one onto my passport.
Friendly staff who assisted me far more helpfully than the Blaxland PO were willing to.
