Rating in relation to Boyd park maintenance, done a wonderful job removing all the weeds, the Hughesdale station end is all native now, not all indigenous (red flowering gums from WA) but brilliant. Staff friendly, approachable, knowledgeable and passionate about where they work. Dog leash signs need fixing. Lost orchids to off leash dogs this year. (Then 5 s)

Still waiting on Council Staff to attend to an abandoned, stripped & unregistered vehicle that was dumped across from our property on 24 December. This vehicle has no reflectors and poses a safety hazard at night. Have made several calls but no-one has attended or made an attempt to advertise for its owner. Disappointing service!!

The form on the website seems improved for a bin damage report. Compared to what had a couple of years ago. Also, I attended some workshop organised by council for small business owners. It gives some education and valuable tips in this tough time of Corona lockdown. It’s sad to see so many retailers collapsed on Glenferrie Road alone. Wish council can do more to help things out.

A big thank you to Sarah in the waste department for resolving my situation with collecting my green waste bin. Initially had difficulty with the person who picked up my call as they were not solution orientated however when transferred to Sarah she was able to help to find a solution. She was also very prompt with getting back to me. Much appreciated!

I was trying to book the urgent home maintenance service for my elderly parent who is on My Aged Care. The Council has no sufficient number of staff to provide the service for weeks - Totally hopeless!!!. One would think they'd invest in hiring more people during massive surge in demand. Nobody in the private sector would put up with such carelessness and indifference toward the elderly. Terrible service.

Got a parking fine for work, paid the fine well before due date, a little warning would have been nice, especially in this time of the pandemic. I'm glad I don't live anywhere near this council. Disgusting
