The only place to go when looking to deck your home or workplace out with incredible fabrics. The staff are incredibly friendly and know everything you would wish for them to know. I found the prices very very reasonable and of course the selection is second to none.

I purchased a very expensive lounge made with WARWICK fabrics. Within 8 months the fabric had turned from grey to pink. Since the lounge was positioned near a window I was told it was my fault and that the majority of people shut their blinds before they go to work to protect furniture from sunlight. I was further told that "we all know things aren't made like they used to be". BEWARE, this is a very POOR QUALITY fabric (I had a lounge in the exact same position for 15 years... and it did not turn pink). The customer service representative then refused to discuss it with me further.
I really believe that the staff at Warwick and their generosity with providing samples to students really helped me get through my Interior Design course. The staff were always willing to help us for each assignment we had at college and were genuinely interested in making sure we had all the information needed each time we visited the showroom. Thanks so much girls! We learnt a lot about fabric from you and couldn't recommend your showroom enough!!

The lady's are exceptional
We have been using Warwick Fabrics for 6 years now and will continue to use them as we always have a supurb experience. The staff are helpful, the range is excellent and always up to date with current trends and they are very generous with their samples! We never hesitate to send our Interior Design clients to the showroom as we always receive positive feedback.
The worst service I have ever experienced. I have been using Warwick Fabrics for more than 20 years and have spent a considerably large amount of money with them over that time. Today's experience has prompted me to go back to our upholsterer and ask them to use a different fabric supplier for a fairly large order after always requesting Warwick in the past. I was spoken down to like I was a complete idiot by one assistant only to turn around and notice the other assistant childishly pulling faces, leaving both looking rather awkward. Other customers in the store at the time were also treated as inconvenient nuisances. Rather than making an effort, the two staff members seemed to just gesture in a general direction and mention that it was up to personal taste.Really disappointing as I used to find staff helpful and professional.
I don’t normally write reviews, but wow, I felt compelled to say something. Warwick, please consider getting new staff. Apart from Sophie, who was so helpful and lovely, the other two millennial brats were awful. Such stuck up, entitled girls with such attitude. They completely ignored us and when I asked a question I was given a look and treated like I was a nuisance. Seriously Warwick, read your recent reviews and do your company a favour - get new staff with decent manners and knowledge of customer service.
