Friendly accommodating staff. Restored my ancient turntable to as new performance. They really showed a pride in this achievement. Considering doing the same with my similar age cassette deck. More importantly the company rebuilt my Panasonic Convection microwave after the warranty repairs led to damage in transit. Sadly the retailer took little interest. Panasonic were great as well. Pity about the Good Guys. The staff were good but management not so. Complete Electronic Services delivered. Many thanks guys.

Competent and friendly counter staff. Within a week of dropping my TEAK stereo hi-fi system off the technical staff phoned advising that the system is ready for collection; George advised very clearly what repairs had been carried out. Thank you all!

Having taken my Logitech Subwoofer in for repairs and charged 70.00 up front fee nothing heard from them for a whole week I went in to collect my unit and recieved a technician report that in short the unit could not be repaired I decided to take it to a repair place on Marion Rd got it fixed within 24 hrs cost 76.00 after being told it cannot be fixed Worst service ever would not recommend this company at all
Very busy but took care of my hifi problems quickly and efficiently. Hopefully it's all fixed now.
I took my microwave in to have the light replaced. I was impressed with the professional and efficient customer service. They fixed the microwave within two days amd I enjoyed the customer experience from start to finish.
