Glamour pools & spa's are great, I ordered all my chemicals Off them, I now don't have to use chorine.every problem I had was rectified and there advice and water testing is free , I won't go anywhere else cheers to Gary and staff
On 21 st November 2019 I purchased a swim spa from Glamour Pools and Spa .. It was intended to be a family Christmas present and I was guaranteed the spa would be arriving before Christmas .However, .it is now 7th January and we are still waiting . The pool was reorganised to be delivered on 9th January and I was notified today that my spot on the delivery truck had been taken by ''other shops ''so therefore it would not be able to be delivered . I will have to be contacting them every day next week to be sure our position on the truck still exists . I simply have no confidence or faith in Glamour Pools and Spa . If I could I would be asking for a full refund and forget the whole ordeal . I am sad we have not been treated as valuable customers .
