I brought a print in for framing and was told it would be ready in two weeks. Three weeks past and I hadn't heard anything , so I went to the shop to see what was happening. When I got there I handed the guy in the shop my invoice and he went out the back to look for the picture. He came back after a few minutes and said it wasn't ready yet. I replied that I had been told that it would be ready in two weeks and it had been three weeks. The guy looked at me like I was being unreasonable and said "It's not ready" for the second time. There was an awkward silence and then he said "hang on" and went out the back. He came back and said "It'll be ready in ten minutes" I said 'You can do it in ten minutes?" He said "It's almost finished. It'll be ready in ten minutes" So I waited and got it in ten minutes. Overall it was a weird and uncomfortable experience and I wouldn't go there again.

Huge, huge, huge range of beautiful frames available. I think it would be impossible to not find one that you just must have. Also a huge range of pictures including 3D. A lot of framed memorabilia also available. An absolute must to visit if you have something to be framed or looking for gift ideas. Very friendly service and reasonable prices.

Had few big jobs done. Very happy with the results. Very professional.Very well done.even if a bit expensive in my point of view. (I am used to go to professional framer, they are never cheap anyway️)

Price seemed very expensive for the poor service and quality of work. Bill is very rude and abrupt. Do yourself a favour and Take your business elsewhere

Printings paper is so cheap. Even Kmart prints better for 5. Framing is ordinary. Spent over 300 to print and frame 2 photos. Very unsatisfied with the job.

I came to Bill with an insane proposal of framing candy stuck to masking tape my beloved friend had constructed while intoxicated. I was met with professionalism and an amazing piece that now hangs on my wall, capturing our fond memories. Will certainly come here again.
