Consistently never on quote alway over by 10 - 15%. Terrible customer service it like looking and talking to a fruit drying out on the bench before your very own eyes. Every time my motorbikes are dropped in for a specific task magically the mechanic finds something. Got a second opinion by another local bike mechanic which to my suprise they say the opposite after a paid full inspection. Please understand i have had 11 motorbikes 4 go through this store and never, never again will i pay for there service and just consider going somewhere else.

My son and I stopped here on our tour to see if we could get our chains and headstock serviced after riding on unplanned dirt roads. They fitted us in, and gave great service. All the staff were warm and friendly despite being a bit busy with phone enquiries. They sorted our problems without fuss. Highly recommend.

I came in to purchase a brand new bike, after 15 minuteso looking around I began to pick out moto gear (pants, helmet ect.) I didn't get service, I was super excited so I approached the staff member and said "can I buy that one?" He said yes, then I paid, there were no questions about me or what I'm using it for, nothing about features or any information whatsoever. I was so excited at the start but I left feeling kind of down... Like did I buy the right bike? What am I supposed to be looking for? I have no idea but I'll never go back there. I had a family member with me at the time who also said the whole process was a joke. I'm super happy with my bike but I hope google can answer all my questions from here on because those guys were hopeless.
