Discussed rebooking a cpr & first aid course advised they would send through the details. Unfortunately they got my email address incorrect and I missed the course and they refused to change the date even though I didn't receive the email and the course was still charged for even though it was their mistake. Poor customer service do not recommend.

Training was fantastic but ........when you do the course and the rebate of your 2500 on completion is not paid and 18 months later both mine and my sponsoring companies calls and emails are ignored, I'm wondering how many other people money has been pocketed?????
