Terrible experience. Needed big sized tee for a customised print job ... Ordered online. I had to initiate follow up on the progress of my order several times and was given the run around. Finally cancelled the order today (after 3 weeks), got a refund.

Online order made, communications every step of the way, even a courtesy email from staff due to my ordering just before Christmas, they wanted to inform me there may have been a delay due to holiday period. First place I found where I can order the same shirt from a small right thru to a 9xl..about to make a new order, I will be a returning customer for many years :)

Amazing quality and customer service is 200% on point! I ordered fleecy hoodies and flannelette shirts. Measurement guide is true, nice thick fabric, and didnt cost a fortune! If youre a larger build and feeling the cold, this is the place to go!!!!!
