Had a great shopping experience at Betta with Hayley. Nothing too much trouble and when you ask for best price that's what you get. I was in and out a few times checking sizes of products.No mucking around like other stores. Follow up on items is great also. If you haven't bought from them please give them a go

This store is amazing! I had a faulty washing machine and required one urgently. They went above and beyound to ensure that I had a machine working that same day. They even came and unloaded the heavy unit at my home. Cannot thank them enough for their awesome service. Will be going back whenever we need anything electrical in the future!!

We bought a LG fridge on 13th of August. The sales assistant was very helpful in terms of explaining different products to us and give us information around product specifications. When we received the fridge the doors were dented due to transportation problem. The fridge was not in the box since it had been in the store for 10 days before sending to us. We communicated with store and specifically with the area manager, Brent Jordison, and expressed our concerns and disappointment with our experience. He did a clear communication and clarified the problem, and promised to replace the doors. And then he sent us a new fridge, and replace the fridge. Brent did manage the situation very well, and changed a disappointed customer into a happy one.
