Thoroughly enjoyed our visit to this charming shop. Jane has a beautiful range of unique Japanese fabrics, threads and starter kits. I purchased my first sashimo project today which came with a very generous free gift. Jane is very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Her little companion 'Pip' is adorable. Well worth the two hour drive. See you again soon

I have always been amazed at the prompt service I can get from this business online. I place an order and receive it in the mail much sooner than I expected. I would recommend this business to anyone and have done so.
A shame this business is sliding in customer service. Firstly was at Sydney Quilt show & the lady forgot to put braid in my bag after she charged me. Second placed an order online & they were out of stock of a product, they did not want to refund me but tried to push me into taking a store credit. Really is this legal as you took my money after false pretenses. Third the delivery I did receive was short supplied which they then rectified. Fourth was at Canberra show & wanted to purchase 50cm of fabric but they refused to sell unless I paid for 80cm that was left on the roll. All told I have spent close to 1400 with this business over the years which is a fair amount for craft items, but now enough is enough. I would advise that you be careful with the way some of your new staff are treating your customers
