Disgusting service at this 7/11. The bloke working at 8am today refused to let us buy donuts from the fridge area as we wanted multiple donuts and wanted us to use the ones sitting out. Asked him if they were fresh and he responded yes you are insulting us. He said they had been delivered at 12am but the box had melted parts of other donuts and couldn’t answer why they had been left out of the fridge. Rudest man have ever dealt with. Would not ever go back to this shop.

I used to come here at least 3 times a week, always had amazing service. However the prices are very inflated (To be expected for a 24 hour servo) and I had multiple unpleasant experiences with a certain staff member which made me avoid the place. Overall it's not too bad, nice if you're in the Kaleen and Giralang area and need to shop after hours.
