What a great experience. We went in to pick up some throat lozenges, and ended up leaving, not only with what we wanted, but also with big smiles. Amanda, one of the staff, not only helped us find what we went in for, but helped us with other things that we asked her about. She went above and beyond to help us, and treated us like the most important people in the store. After she helped us, I heard her helping someone else, treating them like they were the most important person. She certainly made our day.

Absolutely the worse pharmacy service I have ever experienced, should have their licence to dispense scripts revoked. If you want service don't shop here. Make you wait an age for your scripts (so you will spend money in their store) then tell you they haven't got want you need. Wouldn't step a foot in their door ever again, disgusting.

Phoned the store today to discuss Dr Scholl's slippers with Julia. Julia was extremely personable, helpful and patient, going out of her way to help me. Most impressive customer service! (One of my professional hats is customer service consulting and training so I don't say this lightly). Addendum - Sept 2020 - phoned the store about compression stockings for varicose veins and spoke with Leah; who was fantastic. Helpful, efficient, patient, knowledgeable and pleasant to deal with. She made the whole process much easier. On another day I called Elaine about a availability of a product - she was excellent too.

Check out the store yesterday to buy some inner soles for my feet and wow they have a collection. Have been going there for years to buy certain items. But yesterday I was served by a young girl sorry can't remember her name but she should remember me. She's was absolutely fantastic. Friendly, helpfull, insightful, and just great customer service. Sorry I could not remember your name but thank for for helping me with my bad feet and the advice.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I came in this store wanting to buy quite a few things but after how I was treated I decided to walk out and not spend my money at that dump. Now I have never shopped there before and I don't plan on supporting this business in the future after this. I was committed to buy a powder after reading it had skin health benefits and when I went to open it I had a rude old sour woman who had revolting customer service tell me I wasn't allowed to open the box speaking to me as I was some peasant which made my blood boil so I put it back and walked out. I said something at the desk as my friend was purchasing her items and I had one lady apologies who saw the incident unfold and while the other employee (not the same woman but you would think with her attitude) was careless. Now I have no need to steal anything I have money and a lot of it. I have no need to steal or change my mind over a daggy 15 product. I am glad this happened because I will never ever spend a cent in this store & will be only a matter of time until it closes down. Reply: No it wasn't about covid. I was singled out because Im a mother who had her son in a pram and for some weird reason had an employee run across isles who was watching me from rows away. She was rude hence why the other employee came up to the desk and apologised on her behalf as she witnessed it and I was going to buy it and was 110% committed until I was degraded by your employee. Even if covid was the reason you should put signs up everywhere stating for no one to touch any product or item unless buying and to be bagged by employees, as I'm sure hundreds of people have touched everything in that store without buying. Very unprofessional and I'll just stick with having my money spent elsewhere to more welcoming stores who don't treat their customers like they're criminals committing an offence. I have never experienced this before not even during this time with covid, it was a first and I hope my last.
