STAY AWAY! Make sure you get everything in writing! I dealt with Suzen/Richard. He explained over the phone that it would be easy to use the two systems together, however then I got invoiced for the two - double administration charges (700 x 2) and double connection fees (400 x 2). So the additional hidden charges were close to 3k, on top of my already spent 5k. How is this even justifiable?? He also tried to tell me that I had to pay an extra 40 per panel, as they had changed models since I ordered it. When I requested that he provide this in writing, including justification, these additional fees magically disappeared. He also said over the phone that the contract was for maximum 6-8 weeks. However when he finally provided the contract, it was clearly stated as 3 months. SHIFTY AND UNTRUSTWORTHY. STAY AWAY
