Anton and the wonderful staff at the German Cuckoo Clock Shop are the most naturally friendly and helpful people I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. Anton was able to source the part and repair a very favourite musical Christmas Snow Globe that I have had for many years. I am forever grateful and cannot recommend this wonderful team more highly. There are few things from the past that outlast technology without becoming memories for those from their era. Cuckoo Clocks however and the majestic beauty of grandfather clocks continue to wow all generations through the support of places like the German Cuckoo Clock Nest. The staff... how refreshing to have such welcoming, friendly and hilarious ladies to chat with. I'll admit I'm a little bit of a joker, and it was so amazing being able to have a laugh with them. Humour is by far the best medicine. They know everything btw. Just ask, I feel like they love answering questions more than getting the final sale! One beautiful lady who I shamefully forgot the name of, wound forward no fewer than 6 cuckoo clocks so we could enjoy the hourly antics of the mechanical masterpieces. Toys, Decorations, Art and German ancient culture pieces you won't find anywhere else tell stories that span generations. Who doesn't have a memory of a clock from their grandmothers home in their history. It would be a crime to not give your kids the same experience. Get a clock! Vist Sonia and the team, wait! SONIA! I think her name was Sonia! lol
