TLDR: Repco don't honour their prices. VERY unhappy with the Repco Geraldton Store. My partner went into the store at around 3pm on Sunday 24 Jan 2021 to order a throttle controller for our 05 Hilux. There was a One Day Sale on for the part we wanted, but there was none in stock. He ordered the part through the front desk (lady with dark hair, and man with a goatee/facial hair), confirming the price and that he could pick it up tomorrow. He was quite happy to pay then but was told he could just pay the next day. The lady commented to the man 'will this mess up the system to pay tomorrow?' To which he replied, 'No, it won't'. The next day, my partner called them back to be advised that the price would not be honoured as it was a one day sale, and that the part was not ordered in his name so there was no record that it was for him. I then called and spoke to a manager, who stated that the price could just not be changed in the system and did offer a lower price but still not the original price. He could offer no explanation as to why the staff would tell us we could still get it for that price. Overall, we are just annoyed that we were quite happy to pay on the day and get it for a better price. Why would you staff even offer to order in a part for a one day sale if the price couldn't be honoured? Instead we found the same part online for even cheaper then the sale price, and might suggest that your staff are better trained on how their system works. Also, looking back on the photo taken of the part in store on the Sunday, the ticket isn't even correct! It was for Saturday the 23 Jan.

Really great AUTOmotive parts store LOTS of high quality parts in-stock and if not they can order them in quick smart. Highly skilled and trained staff members aswell, Bayden is just excellent, Kynan is alright
