The professionals, Geraldton were amazing to deal with at the beginning of our tenancy. When we advised the real estate we were relocating to Geraldton for work purposes, a property manager took time out of her day to show us multiple houses and we were able to get approved for a property in less than 24 hours. We rented that property for 2 years, and we had the same property manager through out our tenancy. Everything was fine, until the end of our tenancy. She became the worst property manager we have ever dealt with. The end of lease condition report was filled out and sent to us, then weeks went by, we got sent our bond disposal form, which then got cancelled, we received emails stating something at the property didn’t work so they were waiting on quotes to fix it... this was not mentioned in our end of lease property report, turns out it was the new occupants fault not ours. Getting charged a massive cleaning fee. I made several calls, without response. Emails not responded too. Then a different manager was emailing me, I tried to call her, no response. Finally got in touch with them, came to an agreement over the phone. It’s been another week and have not received our bond disposal form or other communication. Maybe the company itself is okay, but the particular property manager we had, please find another job! Your appalling to deal with!

We find Deanna and her colleagues helpful and proactive in managing our rental property. They're good and cost-effective at solving problems, and make sure both tenants and landlord are happy.
I truly commend how Professionals Geraldton Team handles and performs their respective jobs, particularly Deanna Cook and Teneil Phillips. I couldn’t remember having hard-time and issues during our more than a year-stay in one of their rental properties. And it is all because of their kind support and generosity in terms of giving their time and attention listening to all my concerns and thoughtful advices.
