Thankyou to Dr Ragab. I needed help due to my own Dr not being available and DR Ragab was very understanding and helped me to the best of his ability. Also thankyou to Emma. Your assistance is much appreciated.

Dr Findlay is lovely, but come prepared to wait (you'll need a long book, snacks, water, and possibly pillow sleeping bag). Even when I called ahead and was told by reception they were only 15 minutes behind there was a massive wait. Gave up and left after I'd been there an hour.

Attended today 11/02/19 At 11am went inside the waiting room to wait for my Appointment. No one in the waiting room other than a elderly couple. I approached the counter. There were two female staff members behind the counter talking. I stood there about 40cm in distance from them....like right next to them with only the counter separating us. Just me and the two female staff members. They ignored me and kept talking and laughing. After 5 minutes I took the hint. The problem is they didn’t Look at me or speak to me. I thought to myself “these people are either rude or idiots”. I was in shock, so I sat down. 10 minutes later after the two woman had finished catching up about there weekend, one finally looked over and said “excuse me...do you have an appointment” . I wanted to reply “No, I like to walk into random places and sit and wait” .......but because I have manners I just politely said “yes, yes I do” because unlike them I have F@ing manners. -Tip for young players - if you work the front counter of a business, say gday when people walk in and don’t continue your personal conversation. Don’t be RUDE.

Went in to get a follow up on my prescription and the doctor refused to prescribe me any more then a weeks worth because he didnt know my medical history, which was understandable I guess but still annoying he told me to come back in a week, came back in a week, ran out of my script, but their computers didnt work so the doctor wouldn't see any one till they worked so I waited with an elderly man, a young couple with their newborn and a sick young school girl, then after 30 minutes I asked if they knew how long it would be and they said the doctor was leaving so there was no point waiting. Wow... couldnt even book another one, I was pretty nervous of going without my medication, but I feel worse for the elderly man, young parents and school girl, how unreliable, its scary when peoples health is at stake but they didnt seem to care at all. Jeez the computers are down?!?! It isnt the 90's any more
