My wife and I live abroad in Los Angeles and our daughter is attending University in the ACT. The time came when we needed to buy her a car and COVID prevented our in person assistance for the transaction. Our experience began with Matt Cole taking the time to navigate the process for us over the phone and via e-mail. "Exceptional" is the only word that comes to mind with the process, the care for our daughter during the transaction, the patience to see it to the end, and the ultimate delivery of the vehicle to our daughter. Matt was a true professional who far exceeded any of our expectations throughout the process. I must also provide a shout out to Jack Loftus in the finance department as well.
