Always have had excellent work on repairs and alterations. Customer service consistently very good and they will always talk through any tricky issues that may arise with difficult repairs and alterations.
Did a pretty poor job of mending some holes in two pairs of shorts. Didn't even bother to try to colour match a patch in one of them. Now left with a brown patch down the rear centre of a green pair of shorts. Their excuses was that the 20 cost per item of the repair job didn't cover matching the material. Poor workmanship and poor customer service. Both shorts are unwearable in public.
