We had the pleasure of building our first home with Gemini last year. From start to finish we were met with wonderful service and advice. Ross was amazing guiding us through the process of finding the perfect block and helping us with the design of our beautiful home. Our builder Bruce was absolutely amazing. He made our build stress free, keeping us up to date and making sure our home was built to the highest standards. Katrina is amazing and has a wonderful eye for design and helped us with the personal touches that makes a house a home. And the wonderfully beautiful Anita is always there to help, no question is ever to silly and she is always there with a warm and welcoming smile.

I built with Gemini Homes 6 years ago and have recently placed my home on the market to sell. I couldn’t be happier with the quality of my home as it stands today, even after being rented out for 4 years. I wanted to extend my thanks to Gemini Homes for building me such a solid and beautiful home and for providing great warranties on items fitted within my home. I would like to also thank the wonderful lady in the interiors department who helped me choose everything at the time (this service was complimentary!!!) as my home still looks fresh and lovely today. Thanks Gemini Homes, I know the next owners of my home will be just as happy with it as I am.
It is unfortunate that Gemini Homes could not speak respectfully and professionally while discussing a design in a challenging area. I do not recommend speaking down to your future clients. It seems the building standards may not be completely understood within the design team or may be due to a communication breakdown between the sales persons and designers. I should not have to explain the differences between an open carport and a closed-in garage along with the different standards they hold. It is good to see others have had a better experience.
Gemini Homes are a very professional and friendly team! My Fiancé and I are building our first home with them, and they have made the whole building process an absolute breeze. Our builder Bruce has built such a high quality home, has an amazing eye for detail, and has always kept us in the loop. Marnie, Katrina and Anita are the most lovely ladies to deal with, and have been so helpful and very responsive throughout the whole build. The Gemini team have always gone above and beyond for us, and I’d highly recommend them to anyone interested in building!
I had a terrible experience with some staff of Gemini homes today. Was personally attacked at one of their display home which wasn't warranted at all. He was very aggressive and would talk over me when I would try and speak. I decided to call the owner of Gemini to make a complaint about how I was treated. All I got was more aggression and spoken over once again and told my complaint was falling on deaf ears. Told not to bother building with them, and he then proceeded to hang up on me. They seem to have a severe lack of respect for women and handled everything very unprofessionally. I strongly do not recommend building through them unless you like being treated with disrespect.
Had the pleasure of dealing with Gemini Homes. They built us a beautiful home. From start to finish they were very professional and helped us to transform our ideas to paper. They delivered on schedule even though our house was a custom design, and still delivered in the time frame they allowed for. Highly recommend Gemini Homes to anyone looking for a hassle free building experience.
