I own my own printing business and went to see the team at BCC computers about a very special kind of Epson printer, it's not the kind of printer that anyone can stock however Steve F and the team hit the phones and found a supplier and got it in at a cheaper price than what the competition could. Strange 2 tier pricing system where the in-store prices don't match the prices advertised online. Extremely hostile/patronising response from staff when questioned about this. Left such a bad taste in my mouth I'll never shop there again.

'How BCC Computers Saved Christmas' - I had my computer completely die on Christmas Eve, and most other places were shut. They got me in as a priority job, diagnosed the computer, got me a new one, and even modified the new one so it wouldn't have the same problem happen again! It was an unfortunate occurrence with even worse timing, but BCC Computers made the best of it and now I'm back to business-as-usual :) Thanks very much for the help

I wish to give my best regards to the team at BCC Computers Geelong and to say thank you all for your help in bringing back my computer back to life. Thank you for being very understanding and patient especially on that first day. This was a project of mine for many years. I must say that this was the best service I ever received at a computer service centre. EVER. And I should know given I'm a computer enthusiast who spend more money building his own rig than the average person on their first car... Also thank you for your very reasonable fees. Yes, I did compare your prices. I'll definitely be a return customer.

Was advised mid December that I would have my laptop keyboard replaced by mid December. It's now mid February and the repair is yet to be done. I have had to call every week to get an update. The technicians are so lazy that they refuse to call the place that shipped the replacement keyboard. They have not provided me with any proof that the keyboard has even been ordered. I fear that I may have been scammed out of my money because they asked me for two deposits. Shame on you guys.
