The girl didn't know what a jet lighter was, I wanted a desent one. It came to 36 with gas hopfully it's a good one. I gave her 56.00 she wrote 36 on the recipt. I had to ask for my 20 change. I wonder how many times a day that happens. May be a mistake but it never seems to happen anywhere else.

I went in yesterday with a broken lighter that I was assured by a long time worker in the past that it had a lifetime service and maintenance. There were two workers that I had never seen before and they turned me away quite rudely and all while my father was on the phone in the background. It was disgusting customer service. I highly recommend the TSG in Westfield, I went straight there and they fixed it, sold me Zippo fluid and told me how to fix the problem in future.
