Over the past couple of years my family and I have purchased a range of great quality phone accessories from Techrevive. We have also received great advice from Will and his team on the best new phones to purchase etc., as well as insurance repair quotes as my teenage kids would drop and brake their phones on occasion as most do. Most impressive to me was when I spoke to Will recently about an iPhone 6 that was having battery issues, he tested it on the spot and advised me that it was not worth repairing as it was nearing end of life. This was 30 minutes after another local Geelong repairer had advised me without testing the phone that she could get it repaired and provided a quote. That repairer was clearly happy to just take my money. By comparison, Will at Techrevive showed honesty, integrity, and service, I would never now go anywhere else for technology advice and repair.
Very quick turnaround and the staff are willing to go above and beyond to suit your needs. They ordered a part for my phone and repaired all on a tight time schedule. Extremely impressed!
I would highly recommend Techrevive for fixing any Apple products. Friendly staff, and an awesome turn around time. They actually fix your products instead of just replacing them, which makes their service so much cheaper than anything you’ll get directly from Apple.
Had a ipad screen replaced only to have it return with the new screen not fitted properly and already cracked. At first they refused to fix it at all but then offered a 1/2 price repair...... Sorry it doesn't work like that. I have now found a another shop to work on our devices. As for all the spam emails you get from them, it's never ending til you block them, but then they start with the spam text messages. So not professional.
These guys have never failed to fix any of my phone dilemmas ....super fast with communication every step of the way professional service and well priced I don't go anywhere else wheither my phone decided to give me the black screen of death or my device drop clumsiness leaves it cracked screen cactus...
