Support workers are excellent which is the only reason I stay with Prestige but Prestige administration are totally incompetent. I have had to take stress leave from work many times over the past few years because of the constant pressure put on me by Prestige to fix their rostering issues. They struggle to read my emails accurately and to action them accurately, often leaving my severely disabled son with severe BOC stranded and then the invoices need to be corrected. All attempts at feedback/complaints result in new incompetent people. The good thing about Covid lockdown was there were no changes to the rosters resulting in there being no administration issues so long as no one (carer or us) cancelled. I would never recommend Prestige!!!

Prestige Income Care was exceptional for my Great Aunt. It was quite a responsibility to juggle work and caring for needs at the same time. Her physical ability slowly deteriorated and it was getting too much for me. Because my Great Aunt is only physically impaired, but mentally aware - i didn't want to disrupt her lifestyle by moving her into an aged care facility. I contacted Prestige Income Care, and they came out immediately to do an assessment. My Great Aunt was relieved to remain in her own, and open to having in home care. I have been ecstatic with dealing with Prestige Income Care for the past few months - and i highly recommend them, and their carers.

Prestige Inhome Care was an absolute nightmare to deal with. We had them provide help for 4 months and during that time there was no consistency in who came to clean or assist mum with shopping. Many times they simply didn’t show up or days that they could were changed at the very last minute. We asked for assistance in the garden and this took 2 months to arrange. Phone calls to admin were never returned and solutions to care were very hard to resolve. Staff that did come were efficient but we would have had up to 6 different workers when the case manager assured us it would be the same person weekly. My parents deserved way better. I would STRONGLY suggest you choose a different provider
