I have a 2016 Piaggio x10 350. I bought it from a person who purchased it new, from Peter Stevens. I dropped the bike standing still and broke the left hand front indicator lens and the left hand deflector, a boomerang shaped plastic extrusion attached to the front fairing. These parts are vulnerable, as they are at the widest point of the vehicle. I sent a parts order enquiry for the two parts and have to this minute, not received a reply. I looked up the parts and noted the Piaggio parts number on a site in the United Kingdom and called Peter Stevens in Geelong. My call was responded to by a friendly and helpful person who noted the part numbers I provided and asked for the VIN of the scooter to ensure the validity of the part numbers provided. I was given a price, told they would have to order the parts.I was put on hold while the pricing was confirmed. I was then informed that the company didn’t stock these parts. Management had directed that they would not order the items from their supplier. Try EBay. They were the importers of these bikes and were happy to profit from the sale of the bikes but if parts were needed you were on your own. I pointed out that I also owned a 25 year old Bmw motorcycle and Bmw Melbourne provided me a new indicator lens in a week. I said that, although I was happy with his polite service I would be warning people about this sharp practise. I am now importing the parts myself at twice the price I was quoted. I will be writing to Piaggio to inform them of this nasty business. Beware.

Great service today I think from the manager in the gear area. Wasn’t planning to buy but, picked up a nice Airoh helmet and plugs - got some genuine advice and friendly service. Cheers Marcus

was planning on buying a new road/trail and a new road bike after that , was told a price over the phone and they would better it when i came in , went in daniel says a price 570 over the phone price then changed it when i told him what he said on phone., then i asked about kawasaki factory cash back , then told that's the discount on price. so they didn't discount anything. way to go you lost a regular customer and about 25 grand in bike sales . thanks Daniel ...
