I registered with Max Employment in late 2017. While I am still yet to meet my longterm employment goals, Max Employment have helped me reach most of my short term employment goals when I was not working enough hours, the manager went out to secure more stable hours for me and was able to negotiate a way for me to become more financially stable. They have a very friendly and supportive environment and thanks to their help, I am now getting stable hours.
I have been with max employment for a year they are a great bunch of people that treat you like a equal and are understanding to your life style, which has helped me made the transition going into the job force a breeze unlike other job agency’s they want you to jump into a job that u don’t see your self doing long term.

I registered with MAX Employment in 2016 and was seeking employment. I exited by the end of that year due to being financially stable and then in late 2018 I came back to MAX to get assistance in finding work. I was fortunate to deal with a very professional Manager Shane who provided financial assistance and attain my vehicle crane licence and he was able to support me by linking in with an ex employer who was able to negotiate work for me again. I now hold a higher ticket to drive a vehicle loading crane and can work close to full time hours. PC Samira assisted me with new shoes for the job and helped me with reporting to DHS where I was able to meet my obligations considering I struggle with using a computer. MAX Employment listened to my needs and helped me get through a difficult period in my life. I strongly recommend MAX Employment Geelong for anyone needing support or assistance in the DES Program. Thanks to Max Employment I've incurred a debt to Centrelink and an unearned demerrut point. Sure they helped me get my learners permit, but no lessons to learn how to actually drive. They consider themselves a disability provider, but I don't think any of the current employees have even met a diabled person before. Would never reccomend.
The staff is more than welcoming. I was offered hot beverages and a muffin. And felt like a person not a number.
