I just want to say a huge thankyou to Savannah! A few weeks back we came in 5 minutes before close desperately looking for some cookware. Not only did she help us find a great pot set she also stayed behind 20 minutes to make sure we got everything we needed for our new kitchen! Came back in today to buy some extra things for the kitchen and she was still as helpful and knowledgeable as before. Highly recommend this store!

Today i went into Matchbox on a mission to find a good cookware set! I was greeted by Savannah who showed me around and helped me find the perfect set! I went in to the Westfield Geelong store a couple of weeks ago to purchase a new Scanpan roaster as mine had bubbled and was unusable. I explained this to your staff member, Savannah, who then suggested I contact Scanpan and see if it was under warranty, something I didn’t even consider because after so many years, I didn’t have proof of purchase. Fast forward to yesterday, I received an email from Scanpan to say they were replacing my roaster. I popped in to see Savannah today to say a big thank you for her excellent and honest service, it’s very rare to find that anywhere these days. Thank you again!

A huge thankyou to the two wonderful ladies that were on this morning, i came in so desperate for 3 Yumbox bento boxes as we are off on a road trip in the morning, while one lady looked on the computer for the next delivery the other lady went out the back and found me exactly what i was looking for, i left with 3 all sealed to surprise my boys.. I didn't get their names but thank you both for being so amazing and being such wonderful sales assistants!
