Was in geelong for medical reasons and being close to all ammenities was perfect for us. We booked gor 2 but ended up 3 ppl went and they were more than happy to accomodate us. The lady at reception waz friendly chatty and made us feel very comfortable
Rooms OK(probably not 4 start tho), location is good, staff leave a lot to be desired.... the bloke (who I think is a manager) very abrupt, could be more pleasant. Felt like he was just going through the motions (poorly). Anyway I guess we may have to look elsewhere for our next stay in Geelong...
I booked a deluxe bay view room and was told that we would have off street parking. This was not the case and when I went to complain I was told by the manager I am not going to sort out the car park. The room was not lavish for a delixe and I am not happy with how tiny the bathroom is. We will never come back here.

I actually didn’t stay at the hotel but just did a phone enquiry. I asked for the cancelation policy and he said it’s 72 hours but ring me when you’re sure in the afternoon. I told the gentlemen will ring in 10 mins to confirm with the other family whose travelling with us and he responded I won’t be here in 10 mins I shouldn’t be here I have had a very long day and I am hired then he hung up the phone on me. I couldn’t believe this and I won’t be making a reservation in future.
