Barwon Security have recently put a security system at my house. Sam and his crew were really nice and acted professionally. They also respected my culture by removing their shoes when coming inside the house. Installation wise - they did a great job explaining what system is good for us and how it works with the onsite visit. They also installed the system very neatly and removed the dust or clutters they made during the installation.

Had a security door entry system put in by these guys for . It lasted a couple of years then became obsolete. Then after chasing them up for 3 weeks they finally came and supposedly fixed it (worked for 2 weeks) then stopped working again ( just as i recieved their invoice ). They demanded i pay anyway. I explained that when they properly fixed it I would be happy to pay. But they expected me to pay without them fixing it ??? Absolute madness. The owner was very arrogant. Their service is incompetent and unreliable. Quick to invoice though. Frustrating company. Dont use them.
