I unfortunatly had to endure the worst customer service experence in my entire life at the Geebung service centre. Fair warning to all, if you have a complaint about the installation. Be prepaired to sustain an aggressive rebuttal at an aggressive volume. On a positive note, the young installer was polite and helpful.
