Our business has now filed an action in NSW Civil and Administrative Tribunal as this company has failed to rectify a faulty LED screen. There has been a lack of communication throughout the proceedings, however, we got the result we were after. They came and fixed the LED Screen after we filed the application in the Tribunal but we were not able to recover our costs in filing the application. Do not deal with this company.
