Great receptionist , efficient staff , bulk billed , what else can you ask for !

Arrive half hour early for their benefit, I sat there for 1 hour. Happy to wait the first half hour but after that to watch people come in after my booking time and go through was just rude. There was no explanation as to why I had to wait. I have other appointments on my day off so I would appreciate someone to let me know why I had to wait. The doctor there that reviewed my ultrasound then sent it to my doctor also down played my injury As the stenographer was telling me about the different types of problems I have and then have it send to my doctor with half the information missing. It is very hard to let your doctor know how much pain you are in when the information he get to confirm it half it missing!
Never go to this place for scan. One of the worst experience here. One of the radiologist looked after my wife scan and she never said a word until our gp told us that we have to do the scan again as the position of baby in mother’s womb is up and she cant finish everything. She should have told us that right away about that but she did not utter a word and charged us for the whole scan and we have to do it again and also pay full price for the scan. All the people who are looking to go for a scan should go to different place.
Really reliable and friendly staff. Went for an MRI and was very nervous, the staff were super supportive and walked me through the entire process even took scans of my eyes before the procedure started. I was very impressed how professional and friendly the staff are.
Asked to arrive 30 minutes prior to appointment which was completely unnecessary considering they were an hour late for the appointment. Very unprofessional I would not recommend unless you dont value your time.
The reception staff Natalie is a gem - she is extremely helpful and very accommodating. Excellent customer service.
The Receptionist told me to come 30 minutes early and I sat in the waiting room for 30 minutes for nothing. It is understandable to ask patients to come 10 minus early prior to their appointment but it is not necessary to ask patients to come 30 minutes early without reasons.
On presenting to reception, I was made to feel unwelcome and as if I was interrupting some sort of a mother’s club. The reception staff came across as cold and rude, and treated me as more of a hinderance rather than a customer. I was glared at, and very rudely told to ‘sit over there’, rather than greeted politely with a smile and a good morning, and received much of the same attitude when called over to then receive the clipboard with the forms I needed to fill in for my scan once they were ready. Once I had completed my forms, I was then then ignored and had to wait while all three of them chatted happily with a couple who seemed to be there for just a social visit. If I had the choice to attend a different provider, I would. What an awful, unprofessional bunch of women.
