Julian was very helpful and friendly. I never felt pushed into making a decision quickly and got lots of advice on different cars which made me feel confident in my final choice. The process was very easy and I felt really reassured that I was in good hands. Once finance was approved I was able to pick up my new car after only 2 days. Loved the experience and my new car! If you come to Gardener Suzuki ask for Ryan. He was really helpful and attentive when listening to what I needed from a car, and during the test drives took me through all the features and benefits of the model we looked at, and took me on a really great route where I could test the car on different traffic conditions and varied speeds. Highly recommend asking for Ryan.
Initial visit was great, friendly staff, able to answer questions I had about two second hand HSVs I was looking at. After the contract was signed - different story. Couldn't get a call back, email reply, nothing. Finally arranged to pick up the car, it hadn't been washed, valve caps missing, bonnet badge literally came off while driving and still no reply. Fair enough it was only a second hand car and only 40k but really disappointing experience.
Naomi has been very capable and understanding of my interest in trade in and purchase. She took me on test drives and explained very well about the cars. I did not buy the first car she recommended, but about 2 weeks later, she called me and told me she had a car I may like, and this is the one I am purchasing. Her follow up and good will is appreciated.
SERVICE DEPARTMENT, I had two issues with the car I purchased from Gardner Autos. The service guys (Matt) were great, they got the parts in quick, had some parts repainted within 4 days for me. I got there at 7 am and left by 8.30am with all the work done. Thanks guys.
