Required a pest and building inspection. Pleasant admin staff - Sophie was very helpful and quick to reply to emails. Les did the inspection and was very helpful with explanations and suggestions, the formal report was delivered the next day. Great service. Recommend

Admin staff have a lot to be desired, called up to for assistance admin were rude and unwelcoming. not a good attitude to get new customers like me. Then I guess if you look at any responses to complaints, the employee looking after the complaints doesn’t take bad comments well. rather than apologise like and coping it on the chin to improve the service they claims they can’t find info on the system looks a bit suss and unprofessional.
Chris and his technicians are amazing! I had a severe ant problem at my business and Chris completed a full pest inspection and provided a full report. I highly recommend Total Pest Management.
